Building a strong back assists in building and maintaining good posture. Especially if you are sitting down at a desk all day, naturally, the shoulders want to roll forward creating a hunch shape. The stronger your back muscles are, the easier it is for you to maintain good posture throughout the day and during any activity. Strengthening your back muscles is an important part of good posture and good health, not to mention it’s sexy AF.
Building strong back muscles is especially important for women with large breasts, to balance out the weight between front and back.
