Baby got Back

Building a strong back assists in building and maintaining good posture. Especially if you are sitting down at a desk all day, naturally, the shoulders want to roll forward creating a hunch shape. The stronger your back muscles are, the easier it is for you to maintain good posture throughout the day and during any activity. Strengthening your back muscles is an important part of good posture and good health, not to mention it’s sexy AF.

Building strong back muscles is especially important for women with large breasts, to balance out the weight between front and back.

My favourite back exercises include one arm DB rows, chin ups and push ups.

I usually team back up with shoulders, however,

Here’s a sample of one of my favourite back day sets:

3×10 Chin Ups (Use assisted if required)

3xMax Push Ups (Superset with chin ups)

3×10 Seated Row

3×12 Wide Grip Lat Pulldown (Superset with row)

3×10 One Arm DB Rows

3×10 Bent Over Rows (Superset with DB row)
