Black Bean Vegan Brownies

These black bean brownies are easy, delicious and packed with protein!

These fudgy babies will become your new cheeky fave <3

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed.
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder 
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate nibs

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. In a food processor blend beans, nut butter, almond butter, cocoa, maple syrup , coconut oil, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
  3. Scrape down sides as needed
  4. Once creamy and smooth, take lid and stir in chocolate nibs
  5. Pour into greased pan
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  7. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week
