Children – Why not start them on a truthful discovery

Kicking off your kids health from an early age sets healthy behaviours from the get go. Alot of the time what I see with clients transitioning to a plant-based diet, is that the difficulty is not necessarily in enjoying vegan meals, but in changing behaviours that have been set in our lives from a young age.

Old habits die hard.
