What is vegan?
A vegan is a person who does not consume animal products or animal by-products.
Do I need to be vegan to start the program?
No. Many of my clients start off omnivore or vegetarian. Most finish up vegetarian or vegan.
Will I become protein deficient?
By consuming a wide variety of wholesome foods, you will be getting enough protein in your diet.
What will I learn from this program?
Upon completion of your Vegan Fitness Academy course, you will be equip with knowledge and tools to understand how to live in health as a vegan and knowledge to answer questions about nutrition and fitness for vegans.
