
Vegan Nut Bar
Easy. 5 ingredients. A handy snack.
Ingredients:
- 100g Almonds
- 125g Peanuts
- 85g Rolled Oats
- ¼tsp Sea Salt
- 80g Maple Syrup
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160°C/320°F
- In a bowl, add almonds, peanuts, oats and salt. Stir until well mixed
- Pour maple syrup over this mixture. Stir well
- Pour mixture onto a pan lines with a baking sheet
- Bake for 35 mins. Ensure bars are baked thoroughly, or they won’t hold when cooled
- Allow to cool for 1 hour
- Slice into desired sizes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks
