Vegan Nut Bar

Easy. 5 ingredients. A handy snack.



  • 100g Almonds
  • 125g Peanuts
  • 85g Rolled Oats
  • ¼tsp Sea Salt
  • 80g Maple Syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C/320°F
  2. In a bowl, add almonds, peanuts, oats and salt. Stir until well mixed
  3. Pour maple syrup over this mixture. Stir well
  4. Pour mixture onto a pan lines with a baking sheet
  5. Bake for 35 mins. Ensure bars are baked thoroughly, or they won’t hold when cooled
  6. Allow to cool for 1 hour
  7. Slice into desired sizes
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks
