Omega 3 – Let’s go straight to the source

Where does protein come from? Where do omegas come from? The hidden truth is that the animals do not produce protein or omega 3 fats, the eat it.

If one is consuming a steak, one is going through the cow who, when he was alive, consumed the protein by eating plants. When one consumes fish, one is going through the fish, who when he was alive, consumed the omegas by eating algae.

It therefore makes sense to me to get our protein directly from the source (plants) and get the omegas directly from the source (plants)

Omega 3 that exists in fish is produced by algae cells that float in the ocean. The fish eat the algae and therefore have omegas in their bodies.
