The 8 week personalised wellness coaching program covers health from a holistic perspective.
Initially you will complete a comprehensive health assessment that covers wellness from every angle. Providing your last blood test results during consultation time will allow further insight into where you are at (valuable, however not essential) An analysis of symptoms then takes place and we utilise testing as required. You will then receive a personalised therapeutic plan. Following this, each week we cover a different area of health to implement into your life.

How Does It Work?
When making your initial consultation appointment, you’ll be directed to a comprehensive health assessment questionnaire which will cover your medical history, current supplements, medications, health concerns etc. The initial consultation includes a dietary analysis and a full health assessment.
- Once you have booked the Naturopathy program, you will be directed to a health questionnaire to complete online prior to your consultation.
- A reminder confirmation text and email link is sent out 48 hours prior to the appointment.
- Prior to your booked appointment, you will be emailed a Zoom link, which will enable you to download the Zoom app onto your phone/device.
- Please allow at least 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment to download the app (or we can use Facebook Video/Messenger)
- Once we complete your initial consultation, we start the 8 week program (please allow up to 45mins for your initial consultation)
