What are Affirmations
Affirmations are sentences aimed to affect the conscious and the subconscious with the intention to positively affect our behavior and thinking patterns.
Research shows that there are between 45,000 and 51,000 different thoughts that cross our minds in one day. That’s 150 to 300 thoughts per minute.
How are you talking to yourself? What are you telling yourself throughout the day? Is it positive? Do you talk to yourself like the Queen/or King that you are.
